ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT

Program outline – To train and develop you to take on supervisory and management positions in Hospitality. Key components include planning, leadership, Quality Management and cost control to enable you to become a well rounded manager in Hospitality.

Program Structure – The advanced Diploma consists of 9 modules be done in 3 terms of 2 months.

• Hotel Procedures
• Human Resource
• Research Skills

Free tuition :-

• Sinhala (foreign students only)
• IT and Computing
• Retail Management

Free tuition classes will be organized in the Institute for those students who wish to improve their IT, English and Tamil. Professionally qualified Instructors will conduct the classes to enhance the IT knowledge and command of English and Tamil languages. Students will improve their IT, languages, listening, speaking, reading and presentation skills.

Admission requirements :-

• QIB Diploma in Hospitality
• Equivalent Diploma from a recognized Institute

Duration :- 12 months in full-time / part-time mode
