This program teaches Sri Lankan cuisines covered with nutritional, aesthetical, agricultural, economic, cultural, social and religious considerations that impact upon it. Over 2500 years of Sri Lankans history, there was many types of foods having real nutrients and unique taste among ancient people. The Menaka Culinary Art Academy has information obtained from various investigations and research regarding the history of Sri Lankan Traditional Cuisine.

Specially you can learn numerous Sri Lankan traditional cooking methods that preserve both the taste and nutritional goodness of the meals.
