- Day 1 – ETOPS – 7 Hours
- Day 2 – Flight Planning – 7 Hours
- Day 3 – Flight Planning – 7 Hours
- Day 4 – Flight Planning – 7 Hours
- Day 5 – Aircraft Performance – 7 Hours
- Day 6 – Aircraft Performance – 7 Hours
- Day 7 – Aircraft Performance – 7 Hours
- Day 8 – RVSM & decoding of NOTAMs – 7 Hours
- Day 9 – Weight and Balance – 7 Hours
- Day 10 – Weight and Balance – 7 Hours
On the Job Phase– 120 hours at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) – 120 Hours
