Overview

This training programme is to meet the mandatory minimum requirements for knowledge, understanding and proficiency in appendix to regulation 2 of chapter II of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Fishing Vessel Personnel, 1995 (STCW-F) for the certification of officers in charge of a navigational watch on fishing vessels of 24 meters in length and over operating in unlimited waters.
