This course will enable you to gain the skills you need to deliver an expert hospitality service and will equip you to work in one of the most exciting and rewarding industries. • Carry out mise-en place for food and beverage service
• Serve food
• Provide table service for wine
• Serve food and beverages to rooms-(In Room DiningIRD)
• Maintain, personnel grooming, hygiene and work place safety
• Serve alcoholic beverages in a bar
• Perform activities related to bar operation
• Prepare and serve cocktails
• Carryout Banquet Functions

Entry requirements

• This program does not have any prerequisite to enroll, however We look for candidates who have the intellectual qualities and interpersonal skills to be successful leaders in hospitality and service businesses.
