KIU offers a certificate program in caregiving NVQ LEVEL 3 , registered under the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC), which is a comprehensive 03 months course that prepares candidates for multiple ways of helping clients with numerous challenges due to illness, disability, and/or aging. This program is for dedicated, diligent and enthusiastic individuals those who are looking for requisite knowledge in healthcare and are interested in starting a career in the national or international healthcare sector. Furthermore, by following the course at KIU, as a caregiver, you will also be in a position to care for those who are in need, acquiring personal and moral satisfaction. In the completion of the program at KIU, the candidate will acquire the necessary competencies to perform the duties and responsibilities as a professional caregiver.
Successful completion of GCE (O/L) Examination with a minimum “S” pass for English or an equivalent qualification.
