Students admitted into the Bachelor of Information Technology can select any one of the following streams/specializations:

Course Entry Requirements

Academic Requirements for Sri Lankans

1. • Edexcel/Pearsons/Cambridge A Levels with 48 UCAS tariff points.
2. • Edexcel/Pearsons/Cambridge AS Levels with 48 UCAS tariff points.
3. • Sri Lankan A Levels with 3 x S pass.
4. • Pearson BTEC Level 3 Diploma with pass.
5. • Pearson HNC certificate in Information Technology with pass

The following criteria will apply to all Students in order to gain entry into the second year of study into the Bachelor of Information Technology at LTU:

• • Complete and pass the prescribed eight Diploma units, with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 55 with respect to the Diploma of Information Technology.
