Course Overview

This course has designed to provide wide ranging highly specialized technical or scholastic knowledge and skills, in Integrated Aquaculture systems, Farming and harvesting aquatic invertebrates, Aquatic Ornamental fish and plant species, Fish genetics, Aquatic pathology, Microbiology and Post-harvest and Processing. In addition to the key subject areas, students are equipped with Marketing and Entrepreneurship, problem solving and decision-making skills, and leadership qualities to ensure their career readiness to secure the future within the 21st century workforce as an entrepreneur too.

SEMESTER 1

Formulation and preparation fish feed, Aquatic pathology and microbiology, Integrated farming systems, Advanced technology used in aquaculture, Fish biodiversity and conservation, Marketing and entrepreneurship development, Final project, Mediatory role of extension, Teamwork and leadership, Creating and maintaining a learning culture at workplace.
