The Human Resource Management degree offered by LPEC Campus is important for producing professionals for the human resource management sector of an organization as well as for all other sectors. The human resource management department of any organization is at a crucial juncture in managing the internal and external environment of the organization. Also, Human Resource Management is a contemporary discipline of management that advises management to develop employees to achieve organizational goals and objectives. The curriculum of this degree program has been designed and developed in accordance with SLQF standards. Our degree program will equip undergraduates with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to serve as passionate professionals in the field of human resources. This degree program is conducted in both Sinhala and English medium and covers 90 credits of academic exposure. A student pursuing this degree will be able to become a Human Resource Management graduate at the end of two years.
