The digitalization of healthcare is a growing trend in Sri Lanka and globally, creating job opportunities. However, Masters level training is rare, leading to a high demand for such courses. A course utilizing digital tools and collaborative learning projects will be offered to students in Nursing, Biomedical science, Physiotherapy, and Health Administration. The course aims to develop teamwork, communication skills, experimental design, critical analysis, problem-solving, effective communication, and time management, thereby maximizing employability potential and personal development.

Entry Requirements

Successful completion of a Candidates enrolling to the course should have successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Medicine, Nursing, Allied health sciences, Biomedicine or Biotechnology.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field at an IT/ healthcare/ professional capacity.
Applications will be encouraged from non-standard entrants with relevant experiential learning and evidence of continuing professional development
Students who have not completed their prior education in English are required to have achieved IELTS 6.5 with no component lower than 5.5 to match the course regulations.
