Institute of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (IBMBB) - Training Course in Immunological Techniques

The Training Course in Immunology Techniques covers 10 hours of theory and 35 hours of practical with hands on experience in immunological techniques. Practical component includes cell isolating methods, in vitro culturing of leukocytes, cell counting methods, functional assays for immune cells, immunodiagnostic assays (ELISA, Immunochromatography, SDS-PAGE & Western Blotting, and molecular diagnosis of immunodeficiencies) and cell-based immunoassays. 

This course is suitable for young scientists, clinicians, academics, technical officers, postgraduate students, students awaiting higher studies in biological sciences and individuals who are interested in pursuing immunological techniques in their scientific fields.
