Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka - IBSL - Higher Diploma in Banking & Finance (HDBF)

The Higher Diploma in Banking and Finance (HDBF) qualification covers competencies required at the managerial level of operations along with more advance knowledge and skills to handle the duties and responsibilities more effectively. It also exposes the aspirants to enhance their leadership skills.

At the completion of this qualification the aspirants gain all competencies to handle responsibilities at more senior level of operations and proceed with self-confidence to become fully fledged professionals in banking and finance. It also proves them the opportunity to join the IBSL Alumni and claim the professional title of Associate of Institute of IBSL (AIB) and proceed further up in their career ladder. It also completes the Second year of studies (with some conditions) in the Degree in Banking and Finance that the IBSL working to offer in the near year.

Requirements

• Students are required to pass all the subjects in the Diploma in Banking and Finance - 2023
• curriculum OrComplete the Intermediate in Applied Banking & Finance (IABF) - 2014 curriculum

Duration - 60 hour
