The program is designed to equip learners with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the Information Technology (IT) industry. It covers a range of competencies, including assembling computer components, installing software, performing IT help desk functions, and configuring Small Office Home Office (SOHO) networks. The curriculum also emphasizes critical IT infrastructure security, hardware/software troubleshooting, backup and recovery procedures, and disaster recovery strategies.
