Course Overview

This is an introductory program for non-finance professionals in Marketing, HR, IT and even any individual who is interested in learning Finance Management. This program encompass the role of accounting over business and personal life, legal aspects , understanding the basic components of an Income Statement, Balance Sheet, cash flow statement and key financial ratios, how to create a finance model for business, basic controls and the KPIs for the business, Preparing a basic forecast/budget for the business creating the financial plan to support the business plan with projected P&L, Cashflows, and funding requirements from medium to long term perspective.
