Course Overview

As per the American Psychological Association, Business Psychology is characterized by the scientific study of human behavior in organizations and the workplace. The specialty focuses on deriving principles of individual, group & organizational behavior and applying this knowledge to "practically as solutions at work”. The dynamics of human interactions & the complexity of the interpersonal relationships that exist in a modern-day workplace, both within the organization & stakeholders, it's crucially important that Organizations’ efforts to understand the importance of the ‘Psychological aspects’ concerning the functioning of one’s organization.
