Course Overview

The objective of the Level 5 Diploma in Project Management is to develop a learner’s practical project management skills and prepare them to work in a wide range of contexts.

Learners will develop and enhance knowledge and skills in the areas of operations management, project quality management, business strategy, responsible business practices, project planning and execution and digital business practices.
