CA Sri Lanka’s MBA programme aims to meet the country's needs by producing quality graduates in the field of business administration. We have designed the programme as a career-focused qualification, targeting employment in the business management profession across various industries and communities within Sri Lanka and overseas.

CA Sri Lanka’s MBA provides different pathways to complete the degree based on the candidate’s requirement, either on research-based masters or taught masters, with a business project to apply their academic learning to practical business scenarios.

The MBA, awarded by CA Sri Lanka, is an intensive, career-focused programme designed to transform aspiring professionals into exceptional leaders and business experts. Through a blend of rigorous coursework, practical applications, and industry-relevant insights, the programme fosters a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of modern businesses and equips graduates with the skills and knowledge to navigate the global marketplace with confidence.

Entry Criteria

• A Special Degree or a General Degree in any Business or Management related discipline from any recognised University, with a minimum of one (01) year post-qualifying work experience.
• Degree in any discipline from any recognised University, with a minimum of two (02) years’ post-qualifying work experience.
• Member of any of the following professional bodies - CA, CIMA, ACCA, SLIM, CIM - UK, ACIB - UK, AIB - SL, CIPM with a minimum of two (02) years’ work experience.
• A Higher National Diploma (4 Years) from SLIATE, SLATI or an Attorney - at - Law with a minimum of two (02) years work experience.With Adequate English language literacy.
