The 40th General Convocation of the University of Jaffna will be held on 28th, 29th, and 30th January 2026 to confer Postgraduate Degrees, Degrees, and Postgraduate Diplomas.

Graduands who have completed their studies and are eligible to receive their degrees are requested to submit their supplication forms online and send a printed copy with payment slip by registered post to the respective addresses provided by the University.

Fees range from LKR 9,000 to LKR 10,100, depending on degree type. Graduands attending in absentia are exempt from cloak and photo fees. Payments must be made at any People’s Bank branch using the specified reference numbers.
