MSc Human Resource Management (Top Up)

This programme will focus on integrating human resource management from strategy to application which you will explore through a Dissertation and supporting research methods workshops.

Our Masters (Top Up) award is ideal if you already have a Graduate Membership (Postgraduate Diploma equivalent) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), UK or you have demonstrated the knowledge requirements to gain direct entry to the Masters (Top Up).

Whether you have worked in HRM/ HRD for years or you have recently moved into HRM/ HRD and you would like to progress into more senior management positions, this programme provides techniques and academic theory to underpin your work.

Entry Requirements

• Level 7 Diploma or Postgraduate qualification in the relevant subject area OR
• Comparable professional qualifications such as HRMI, IPM, CIPM with relevant work experience AND
• ‘C’ pass for English at the GCE O/L examination or equivalent
