Course Overview


IUFP is an entry qualification to undergraduate courses in Science or BTEC HND/MDX degree programs. This qualification is designed to ensure that students without two passes at A/L examination are still able to get in to higher studies by enhancing their competency levels following this course. This program would be an extension program for the students who desire to become specialized in mid-level professionals in the fields of Computing. According to the Sri Lanka Qualifications Framework (SLQF), this program is identified as a SLQF 2 program and NVQ Level 4 program. It qualifies students to follow SLQF 3 or NVQ Level 5 programs. According to the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), this program is identified as a AQF Level 4 program. It qualifies students to follow AQF Level 5 programs.
